How much climbing experience do I need?
Climbing experience of 2 years minimum is recommended. Usually climbers notice the most benefit from coaching after 2 years of climbing. This is because your body has gotten familiar with a new sport and you have built a good base.
Do I need a gym or equipment?
No you don’t! With 3D Climbing coaching, we can get started with whatever you have access to. If you only have some space on a mat at home, that is fine. Don’t feel like you need a gym membership or have to get fancy equipment. Let’s start with what you have now.
Where are you based?
Cirrus lives in New Zealand and Sofya is based in Europe. All coaching is carried out online, so you can be anywhere in the world to work with us!
How long does each program go for?
This is dependent on your body, lifestyle, and progress. Usually your program will go for 8 weeks, with updates and modifications within that time. Then you will get a new program.
Can I still train while injured?
Depending on the injury, there is usually some training you can do even while injured. Your training will be adapted and modified to suit you. It can be a great time to work on your weaknesses, and come back even stronger!
